Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order before it ships. Delivery time begins after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Free shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $69.99 or more. No discount code is needed when your order qualifies.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and delivery location.

Shipping Delays
Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building, and the carrier first.
If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will help review the situation.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be shipped to the address provided.
